Agork's platform is currently in Beta Release. All of our features are fully available, but we need some time to check their performance before considering them final. During the Beta phase the release of additional features will be more frequent, constantly adding new functionalities and improving existing ones, providing considerable advantage to our customers. Additionally, Agork will be totally free during the entire Beta phase, with an extra bonus for those who help us to test the platform.
During the Beta Release phase we request all Administrators of our communities to provide the maximum amount of feedback possible on our platform. In order to capture it we have established the Tech Support Community enabling you to interact with us and other Community admins.
During this phase you may experience some behaviours different than expected, therefore we suggest you to be prepared and report every inconvenience back to our tech support as soon as possible. This will help us to speed up the resolution of the issue and will contribute to the overall improvement of the platform.
Taking part in a Beta Release is always a fascinating experience: you will have available Agork's platform to develop your Business Community long before your competition. We aim to keep the number of beta communities small to be able to provide them the best possible support. This is the reason why you will have to request an activation code to participate to the Beta testing and why we will serve only some of the incoming requests for it.
During our Beta phase, Agork will be totally free, with complete access to the Business version, our fully-featured product with the exception of domain name registration.
On top of this, to express our gratitude for your assistance in testing, we offer you three free months of platform usage to be claimed when the Beta testing is over and we have released the fully tested product!
